We offer refunds and reprints for all DTF transfer and UV DTF orders only if the error was made on our behalf.
Refunds and Reprints
We offer a refund and reprint policy for all our DTF transfers and UV DTF products. If you encounter any problems with your order, contact us immediately and submit an order issue form for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order with a printing error on our part. However, refunds due to any other reason will need management approval.
To ensure high-resolution DTF transfers, please follow our artwork requirements and pressing instructions. Failure to do so may result in low-quality transfers that deteriorate, crack, and peel after a few washes.
DTF transfers that are of poor quality due to failure to follow the artwork requirements and/or pressing instructions will not be eligible for refunds or reprints.
Late or Missing Orders
Printing processing time is 1-2 business days AFTER an order is placed. After the printing processing time, the shipping transit time begins.
If you have a time sensitive project, please select the Same Day Printing Add On to ensure your order gets printed that same business day if ordered before 10am PST.
For example, an order placed on Friday has the first printing processing day as Monday.
Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping option. If your order is late, use the tracking number to locate your package and allow for a one-day grace period as orders are sometimes marked as delivered prematurely. If you still have issues, contact us, and we'll assist you. Please note that once orders leave our office and are handed to UPS, they are out of our control.
Ensure all shipping information is correct and that the correct artwork file is submitted. A confirmation email will be sent after your order is placed to verify all details.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take up to 7 business days. If your refund takes longer, please check with your bank and credit card company, as there may be processing delays. If you still haven't received your refund after doing this, please contact us.
