Before submitting your file for printing, please carefully review it to ensure that: 

• The information is accurate: This includes color variations, such as brand colors and Pantone shades. 
• The format and size are correct: Refer to our printing specifications to ensure your file meets our requirements. 
• The image quality is high: Use high-resolution images and avoid pixelated or blurry images. 

Please note: 

• We cannot make adjustments once the file has been submitted for printing. 
• If our prepress team determines that a file is not suitable for printing, we will contact you for further instructions or necessary adjustments. 
• If the artwork does not meet our requirements, a reprint may be possible at an additional cost, with your prior approval. 
• Once a file has been approved and sent to production, no changes can be made, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect information. 
• By placing an order with us, you assume responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and detail of the print-ready file before submission.

Standard processing time

All DTF transfers are printed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. 

Please note the following: 

• Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the order volume and design complexity. 
• Orders with express shipping options are prioritized over orders with standard processing. 
• We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

Express Shipping Options: 

• Same-day express shipping: If you place your order before 10 a.m. EST, your order will be printed and shipped the same day.

Follow these steps to apply your custom DTF transfers quickly and easily! 

Materials

• Heat press 
• DTF transfer 
• Garment or surface 
• Teflon sheet (optional) 

Preparation

1. Ensure your garment or surface is clean, dry, and free of wrinkles or debris. Pre-press cotton garments to remove any moisture. 
2. Heat your heat press to 300°F (149°C). 

Application

1. Place the DTF transfer on the garment or surface with the design facing up. 
2. Close the heat press and apply firm pressure for 10 seconds. A pressure of 60 PSI is recommended for a successful transfer. 
3. Open the heat press and allow the garment to cool completely. 
4. Carefully peel off the transfer film, starting from one corner. 
5. For added durability, you can perform a second press. Place a Teflon sheet over the design and press for another 10 seconds. 

Recommendations

• For best results, use a flat, heat-resistant surface. 
• If applying the design to a dark-colored garment, you may need to adjust the temperature or press time. 
• Wash garments carefully after application. It’s recommended to wash inside out and in cold water. 
• Do not iron directly over the design.
