Tips to apply your Glitter DTF Transfers 

To achieve a perfect finish with your Glitter DTF Transfers, follow these recommendations: 

Garment preparation

• Make sure the surface is clean, dry and wrinkle free. 
• Pre-iron the garment to remove moisture that could affect the transfer. 

Pressing instructions

• Set the heat press to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. 
• Place the glitter design on the garment and press for 10 seconds with high pressure (60 PSI). 
• Allow the garment to cool completely before removing the film, starting from one corner. 

Second press

• Place a Teflon sheet over the design and perform a second press for 10 seconds. This step is crucial to ensure that the glitter adheres firmly and maintains its shine over time

To ensure that your designs are printed with the best possible quality, follow these requirements and considerations when uploading your Glitter DTF Transfers artwork. 

File requirements

Resolution and format: 

• Resolution: Make sure your artwork has a high resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure a sharp, detailed print. 
• The file should be saved as PNG with no background to avoid printing problems. Other acceptable formats include PDF, PSD and AI with transparent and vectorized illustrations. 

Color mode

• RGB: Uses the RGB color mode to ensure the highest possible color fidelity. 

Maximum dimensions 

• Maximum width: 22 inches. 
• Length: You can choose the length at checkout. If you need an intermediate size (for example, 30 inches), select a size up (pay for 40 inches instead of 20 inches). 

Important considerations

Color quality

• Color Responsibility: We are not responsible for color discrepancies. It is crucial that you verify Pantone colors before submitting your file, as what you see on screen may not exactly match what will be printed. 

Fine details and text

• Text size: Words less than 0.35 inches in height will not print well and will likely not transfer correctly. Make sure small details are thick enough to ensure a successful transfer.
• Transparency effects: Shadow, gradient or transparency effects will not work well with DTF. Remove these effects to avoid problems in the final print. 

Image resolution and quality

• Edge quality: Verify that the edges of your image are sharp and avoid pixelated images. Artwork should be created at 300 DPI for best results.

Copyright

• Original designs: We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked designs unless you own the rights. Send only original or copyrighted designs that you own. 

IMPORTANT: If the artwork does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to cancel your order. Therefore, please verify every detail before shipping to avoid delays or inconveniences in your printing project. 

Processing Time

• DTF Transfers are printed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after ordering. 
• We offer same day printing services for rush orders and enhanced shipping options available at checkout. 

Cut-off times

• Express shipping and same day printing service: Orders before 12:00 p.m. EST. 
• Regular processing time (1-2 business days): Orders before 10:00 am. EST. 
• The first business day of processing is counted from the next business day after the order is placed. 

Shipping Locations

• Shipments only within the U.S. No shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Delivery Confirmation

• UPS provides delivery confirmation with date, time and location of delivery. 

Tracking Number

• Will be emailed once the items are shipped, and may take 1-3 business days to activate. If you do not receive it in that time, please contact the company with your order information.
