Color mode
- RGB: The file must be in RGB color mode.
Size
- Maximum width: 22 inches.
- Height: Height is selected at checkout.
- Between sizes: If your design is between two sizes, select the larger size (for example, if you need 30 inches, choose 40 inches instead of 20 inches).

Instructions for applying Custom DTF Gang Sheet
Preparation
1. Surface cleanliness
- Make sure the garment or surface where you wish to apply the transfer is clean, dry and free of wrinkles or residue.
- In the case of garments, pre-iron the fabric to remove any moisture that may affect the adhesion of the design.
2. Heat press setting
- Set the temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (149°C).
- Set pressure to a high level (60 PSI). Proper pressure is crucial for successful design transfer.
Application
3. Initial ironing
- Place the garment or surface on the heat press base.
- Place the DTF design on the surface in the desired position.
- Close the press and apply pressure for 10 seconds.
4. Cooling
- Allow the garment to cool completely before proceeding to the next step.
5. Transfer film removal
- Start at one corner and carefully remove the transfer film.
- Move the transfer film slowly and at a constant angle to avoid damaging the design.
6. Final sealing
- Place a Teflon sheet over the design.
- Repeat the ironing process for 10 seconds.
- Perform a final ironing according to the DTF film manufacturer's specifications.
