File format

• Accepted file types: PNG, PDF, PSD and AI.
• PNG: PNG with transparent background is recommended.
• Other formats: PDF, PSD and AI files should have vector and transparent artwork.

Color mode

RGB: Color mode must be RGB.

Size

• Maximum width: 22 inches.
• Height: You choose the height at checkout.

If your art is between sizes: Choose the larger size (for example, if you need 30 inches, choose 40 inches, not 20 inches).

Colors

• We are not responsible for color matching.
• Verify the colors on your screen before uploading the file.
• We do not adjust or verify colors for you.
• For accuracy, please refer to Pantone colors.
• What you see on the screen does not always match the final print.

Text and fine details

• Small text: Text smaller than 0.35 inches is not recommended, as it may not transfer well to the garment.
• Fine details: Small, fine details may not adhere properly to the transfer.
• For best results: Increase the thickness of fine lines and add a stroke to small details.

Effects

• Transparency: Transparency effects, transparencies and drop shadows are not supported.
• Shadows and gradients: Remove any shadow or gradient effects, as they will not print as seen on the screen.

Resolution

• The image must have a resolution of 300 DPI for best print quality.
• Poor quality images: They will not print correctly.
• Check the quality of the borders: Make sure the image is not pixelated.

For best results when applying your DTF transfers, follow these general instructions:

Preparation

Make sure your garment or surface is clean, dry and free of wrinkles or residue. Pre-iron garments to remove any moisture.

Set your heat press to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (149 degrees Celsius).

Application

• Place the DTF transfer on the garment or surface in the desired position.
• Cover the transfer with a Teflon sheet or sublimation paper.
• Apply high pressure (60 PSI) for 10 seconds with the heat press.
• Carefully remove the Teflon sheet or sublimation paper.
• Allow the garment to cool completely before handling.
• For added durability, you can apply a second 10-second pressure with the Teflon sheet on top.

Additional tips

• If you apply DTF transfer on a curved surface, be sure to use a heat press that can accommodate the curvature.
• For more complex or intricate designs, you may need to apply pressure for longer or in several stages.
• Wash garments with cold water and mild soap.
• Do not iron directly onto the DTF transfer.
