Once submitted, we will not be able to make adjustments. If our prepress team detects a problem with the file, we will contact the customer for instructions or necessary adjustments.
If the file submitted does not meet our printing requirements due to incorrect format or size, a reprint can be made for an additional charge, upon verbal approval from the customer.
