Additional Information

UV DTF Stickers are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. 

We offer express shipping and same day print and ship service, available for orders placed before 10 a. m. EST, which have priority and an additional cost. 

Shipping Locations  

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Delivery Times  

Delivery time varies by destination and shipping option selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect or incomplete address information. 

If a problem arises, please contact us and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible. 

Shipping Confirmation  

UPS will provide a delivery confirmation with date, time and place of delivery. 

Tracking Number  

You will receive your tracking number via email once your items have been shipped. It may take 1-2 business days for the shipping company to activate or update the tracking number. 

If you do not receive it within this time frame, please contact us with your name, email and order number. 

Once the file has been approved and sent to production, no changes or refunds can be made for errors in the information submitted during the initial review. 

It is crucial that customers review their files thoroughly before submitting them for printing, ensuring the accuracy of all information, including brand colors and Pantone shades. Once submitted, we will not be able to make adjustments. If our prepress team detects a problem with the file, we will contact the customer for instructions or necessary adjustments. If the file submitted does not meet our printing requirements due to incorrect format or size, a reprint can be made for an additional charge, upon verbal approval from the customer.

  • Clean the surface to remove dust and dirt.
  • Place the UV DTF Stickers face down.
  • Remove the protective paper.
  • Place the UV DTF Stickers on the desired surface.
  • Use a squeegee to fix it and remove air bubbles.
  • Remove the adhesive film.
